I identify myself as an artist who tries to distinguish and highlight the boundaries (if any) between visual art and poetry. I regard exploration and experience to be very important elements in my life, and I am trying to transform them into poetry through my artwork. Spontaneity and improvisation are also foundational to my artistic process. They foreground playfulness and authenticity as practice. I search for compositional solutions in a variety of mediums such as video installation, film, painting, print media, fiber, fashion, writing and photography. I am interested in transforming and evolving my ideas from one medium to another as part of an exploration and discovery process. These transformations advance a range of elements that could work as aesthetic proposals of expression. I am compelled to initiate and witness the alteration of traditional methods and form, offering new perspectives on philosophical positions and thus expanding ideas within the contemporary world. In addition, I admire mathematics and I keep mathematic thinking in my artwork (using available data in order to find possible solutions). Similarly, I used materials as data and spontaneity as playful thinking to reach artistic proposals (solutions).
